Hi 636 owners,
I am very shortly going to be in possession of a 05 or 06 636 if I get approved for a loan. My question is do 05-06 models come with a lap timer built in? I seem to remember reading that they do...
Also if you own a 636 of any year and have any comments on how good or bad they are please post... _________________ Roland,

They do have a lap timer built in...
I have owned 3 x 636's...
02 636
PRO's - was a comfy bike, great for pilllions
CON's - not fuel injected, doesn't like being wedged into oncoming ford lasers...
04 636 (aka BARRA)
PRO's - Injected, track focused, light and nimble
CON'S - Rock hard suspension, cheap alternative to Vascectomy
(i.e BARRA - short for "wheelbarra"- no suspension and f@#k's your back!)
06 636
PRO's - Sexy, Slipper clutch, Sexy, Handles great, Sexy, Underseat exhaust
CON's - Not comfy for pillions
The 05/06 is the pick of the bunch _________________ Reality is an illusion created by alcohol deficiency... |

Did Kawasaki address this in later models? _________________ 2010 DRZ400SM, 2003 KTM640Adv, 1994 ZZR600 PM2 Race bike |

I do believe so... It was a major selling point when purchasing the new one _________________ Reality is an illusion created by alcohol deficiency... |
